2. Eligibility: Products can be sent by UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. The purchaser may be required to present his / her valid ID for verification.
3. Acceptance of terms: All related instructions (whether on social media or otherwise) form part of these terms and conditions and participation signifies acceptance of these terms.
4. Postage: The postage will only cover the delivery of 1x Branston 360g Small Chunk, Branston 360g Original or Branston 370g Smooth, no other products are to be included within the delivery box (other than a greeting card). The Promoter will not be responsible for sending multiple jars or items outside of this promotion. The Promoter will facilitate a limited number of deliveries free of charge. Once posted, the delivery will be fulfilled by the Promoter.
5. Number of parcels: Parcels are limited to one parcel per person.
6. Right to return: As this is a limited free promotional offer, we do not accept any returns or offer replacements.
7. Delivery: The Promoter shall not be held liable for any delayed, missing or damaged parcels that have been sent.
8. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under any contract arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action (“Event Outside Our Control”).

14. Severance: If one or more of the provisions of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, those provision(s) shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms and conditions and shall remain enforceable.
15. Third Parties: No part of these terms and conditions shall confer rights on any third parties and accordingly the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply.
16. Governing law and Jurisdiction: Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
